Recipient Email contact name to be shown instead of Email contact address in the recipient mailing application
Currently in the builder we input response email address, which is reflected on the email sent from Enate. However this email when received in outlook the same email address is shown in the grid instead of the Email Contact name. For long we are familiar with identifying emails by Email contact name and not with the email address. With email contact address being listed on the grid is leading to ignoring immediate actionable emails. We would want to see the email address contact name in recipient mailing application instead of address.

In Builder, allow Conditionality within Steps (just like branching does currently)
Current design requires information required for decision to have been made available in previous step(s) this potentially leads many artifical steps and therefore nothing modelling the actual steps (as required by client).

'Confidential' email triaging
‘Confidential’ email – similar to outlook functionality, Enate to identify confidential emails and triage to a process with restricted permission.

Enhancement in builder User screen for grid to be copied to excel
As a user, I would like to be able to copy the data to excel for the user screen and the user group in a User Manager so that I can easily resolve/confirm user request. Like the grid view on the dashboard from the 2021.1 Release.

Locations, Departments, Extension Properties API
Currently, the Locations, Departments, Extension Properties API are not public. Need these APIs to be available in swagger with the product support as the Locations, Departments and Extension Properties API Data output can be utilised in the subsequent APIs of Contract, Users etc. To start with GET and maybe POST can be added later

Contact's - Extended properties in email templates and conditionality
As a configurator, I should be able to view and use contact details extended properties within Email template fields section and in conditionality.

Searchable TimeZone Input
Timezone input fields in various modules, including Service Agent creation, Contact creation, and Context creation, currently require scrolling to select a specific timezone. Instead, they should be searchable for easier selection.

Split Access & Edit Service Agent in User Role
For a compliance or infosec audit team member, they want the ability to view a list of Service Agents and their details without having edit access, so that they can review user mappings and access levels without the risk of making unintended changes. Currently User Role allows to give access to user management to see list of Service Agents but also lets you edit a user detail. If we introduce two separate permissions in User Role, the above scenario can be addressed. Access Service Agents – Provides read-only access to view Service Agent details. Edit Service Agents – Allows editing of Service Agent details and by default follows "Access Service Agents" permission.
