To support our reporting and documentation requirements for go-lives in the Hypercare period, we need access to additional data that is currently unavailable in the Data Warehouse (DWH). Several required columns and tables are missing from the DWH, which is preventing us from extracting complete and accurate reporting data. As a result, we are unable to generate the necessary reports and maintain the required documentation for Hypercare activities. Request: Please load the missing columns and tables listed below into the Data Warehouse to enable data extraction and reporting. We need long text fields in Warehouse as some clients use these for data like remarks or logs which is important to be shown in data extract which they might send to external stakeholders.

As a end user, i would like to load filename, status, last attempt, instructions in DWH. We need to analyze how many files processed successfully and failed due to integrations.

We are trying to build a user report via PowerBI which captures all of the user data as per the user details screens within builder to ensure the config is correct for each office location. 1.) Time zones: we have located the time zones via the following user table: • Table: tblUsers • Column: _Timezone However, it does not give a full description of the selected time zone we see within builder. See the below example cases and screenshot attached: • Within builder user management screens the time zone is ‘(UTC+00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London’ and on the report / within the data warehouse its ‘GMT Standard time’. • Within builder user management screens the time zone is ‘(UTC) Coordinated Universal Time’ and on the report it’s ‘UTC’. Within the data UTC is not useful, as all times zones in builder start with UTC. So please can you store the builder equivalent time zone description in the warehouse database. 2.) Please can the user calendar full description also be stored in the data warehouse as we are unable to locate this at the moment.
