Multi selection for list data field

In many forms, there are multiple selections in a list and the answer is not limited to one of the choices. Having a list data field with multi select would be beneficial.

if you able to build the code then sharing in forum will help other users.

I think you can use custom JS here. Something like creating a dummy table with 1 cell and save multiple choice as table rows over there.. may need to write some HTML code to make it pretty on screen.

if you get over it... please do share the solution on forum for other users as well.
