Warning to the user about email address being outside of the context
As an end user, I would like a contact to be made visible based on customer they are part of - when I type to search the contact This control is needed at email section, when drafting the emails on any packet with a warning in case they still want to send to emails not under the customer contact

ENATE is not loading on mobile devices regardless the browser used
As per Enate is a Web based app, it is possible to continue working from other devices, to provide quick response to the clients, answering the urgent task, quick checking the status, etc. However, currently it is only working on Android devices.

Missing Parameter to identify Action in Live/Test mode
When trigger external api flavoured action is triggered, there is no parameter in the received JSON body to identify if the action is from Test mode or Live mode. Due to this clients are not able to use the test mode feature.

Option to select the acknowledgment to only TO or CC or both.
As an end user, if I am sending email to create workitem on Enate, I don’t want the acknowledgment to be received by the CC’ed members. As a configurator, if I want an option to select whether the acknowledgment should go to only To address or CC both.

Option to link files and links to a checklist
As a user updating the checklists, I would like to link an uploaded/shared file and/or link to a specific check so that I can confirm the file or link has been uploaded and easily refer back to it.

Allow calendar view to see upcoming activities
As end user, daily huddles meetings require visibility of current and upcoming activities related to clients, so that a calendar view that allows seeing all due dates for entities managed by them could be useful. Currently, teams must maintain Enate calendar and a consolidated version to lead daily huddles. Given that information is already on Enate, it will be an efficient solution to bring the option to display it in a calendar view (Similar to Outlook)

Unmerging of tickets
Where a ticket is merged in error there is currently no functionality to reverse this merge. Could you please investigate if it is possible to unmerge the ticket or at least remove the comms relating to the ticket merged in error.

Option to select multiple Customers in Views
A as user using views, I would like to select multiple Customers, Contract, Services in one search so that I can review the data for entities which are part of the group I am working on. Currently I have to create a separate view per each entity, export the data and combine them. It would be helpful if all the activity for multiple entities can be displayed in one view search.

Custom Card Data retention when returning to a previous Custom Card
As part of new functionality, any Custom Fields that match when moving a ticket across two different services will retain, however, any fields that don't match will completely lose this data when moving to a different service and then returning back to the same Custom Card. It would be great if the data in these fields was held until required again. I.e If I fill out a 'Plan Number' field, then move the ticket to a different service where the 'Plan Number' field isn't used and then move the ticket back to the original service, I would like my original entry to populate again.

Ability to store master data in Enate
Hi Team Several reporting teams has asked this. We need ability to store master data in Enate. This master data will be used by reporting teams to merge the data with transactional data to develop business specific reports. A good example would be the ability to store benchmark data which will be used in productivity reports
