Feature Suggestion

Enate should allow an admin user to delete data based on the following scenarios: Age-based deletion – For example, delete all work-item–related data after 7 years. GDPR erasure requests – Delete all closed work items and related information for a person who requests removal of their data from the system in accordance with GDPR data subject erasure requests. Specific work items – Allow an admin to select and delete specific work items, to handle cases where items were created by mistake (e.g., when an incorrect email is received that contains sensitive data).

There are several operational scenario where in we will need ability to search inside attachments for specific worlds. These attachments are usually PDF and Excels.

Enables creation of IDP reports that provide structured insights into document processing performance, accuracy, and key metrics, helping teams monitor, analyze, and optimize IDP outcomes effectively.

Report-only user type role: Leadership who only need to view reports and will not have access to work item processing.

Enate AI to automatically populate custom card fields on work items based on files and emails available on that work item.

Ability to pause a case/action for X days in a waiting for more information state. Currently this available on tickets but not available for case/action.

We are very excited to share that, as part of feature waves, we are refreshing the Work Manager user experience to improve the look and feel of the website while keeping existing capabilities intact. This new user experience will be released in stages through an alpha/beta program. A select few of you are invited to participate in this program to help shape the new version of Work Manager. Enate is having mandatory 3 levels of catagorization. Teams may or maynot need three levels of categorization or need more levels of categorization

As a configurator user, I should have ability to configure checklist for categories.
