Claudine Richardson - May be it is also good to have read only access to user Management
At the moment it allows to have read only access to user roles and user groups, so we can have read only access for Users Access configured as well

- we have 6 Operational and 5 Builder roles defined
- Just the name of the role to be displayed
- Its about the no of users asking to change - with us having huge user's this becomes complex
