As a user, we would want to know the details of the Customer>Contract>Service Name along with Cat1>Cat2>Cat3 details if changed, this helps us to know who made this change and from which service too

As our current set up is using Service name as teams

Just to make sure we’re understanding correctly: you’d like the Timeline to also capture and display changes to Customer > Contract > Service Name (in addition to the existing Cat1 > Cat2 > Cat3), so you can see who made the change and which service/team it relates to — is that right?
