Start time of linked tickets

Linked tickets have the start time of when the linked ticket is created. There should be an option to take the start time of the original ticket because there are scenarios where you are splitting a single ticket out into multiple tickets (both within or between teams) and the SLA will be incorrectly calculated if the start time is not when the business made the initial request
