Currently, new emails in the work items grid are indicated by a yellow icon beside the reference number. However, to improve tracking, it would be helpful if work items with new emails were automatically grouped/sorted and displayed at the top of the work items grid.

This change would make it easier to identify and manage new emails efficiently.
