As a self-service user, I would like to modify the self-service custom card data after launching a work item so that the data reflects in Work Manager

At the moment self service users can add data to an SS card while launching a work item and the data will be reflected in the Work Manager card and when the user in WM updates the data in the WM card the same gets reflected in the SS card. The Self service user can just view the data, but not update it.
