As a end users, we would like to have more user friendly email module. In enate there is an e-mail inbox like outlook, but filters don’t save the selected option. Thus, they return to use outlook because is simpler to search and identify their communications per sub team and / or client. If the function is incorporated in email inbox, then it will be easier to respond emails and to keep track in within the inbox only and increase more conscious and natural use of enate. Additionally it is hard to search the closed items emails since the Queue changes to "no Queue assigned" when it get closed.
