Resource management in queues - Tagging users as primary and secondary members
During high peaks of work in a week, adding and removing users as a manager of the queue is tedious work. The request is to have queue members tagged as either primary or secondary. On doing so, during normal work days the work is provided only to primary members, on pull, but when there is high peak - the members tagged as secondary also get work from the queue. This way there is minimal manual intervention in moving resources to queues for operational efficiency.

Related to this, in our working context, some team members are part of two teams (let's say primary and secondary, but even tertiary, etc.). They will always be managed by their Primary team manager. However, when they occasionally work for the second team, their Secondary team manager would like to see them in the My Team section (the pie charts) as well, so that they can see at a glance how many work items is this person handling. (Please note that the Primary manager should still be able to see them in their My Team section as well).

I love the idea, even more if the tags could be created for group of users it would be great!

This options would be really helpful and avoids lot of manually intervention in resource management and will also bring more efficiency to the process and better utilize the available resources
