Request to Include Attachment Details in DWH

As we have identified some missing attachments, we need to retrieve the attachments from the relevant work item packets in Enate for the business.

To enable us to generate the required report from our side, could you please include the attachment-related data in the DWH? Along with the report data, we would also require the relevant hyperlink detail from the packets.

Please refer to the below fields required for your reference:

Document ID
Document Name
Date Created/Uploaded
Document Uploaded By
Date Last Updated
Last Updated By
Version (or any other document-related information available)
Hyperlink to the Work Item
Hyperlink to the Actual Document

Having these details available in the DWH will allow us to identify the missing attachments and retrieve the required documents efficiently.

Thanks for the detailed feedback — this is really helpful. We’ll review the request to expose attachment/document metadata (including the relevant packet/work item and document hyperlinks) in the DWH, and come back to you once we’ve had a chance to look into it.
