Pin the work icon of the team member(s) I most work with

Currently we can see the "donut" icons of colleagues in the "My team" area on the Work manager. For larger teams though it is hard to keep a view of the work of colleagues we work with most or colleagues we are supervising. It would be great to be able to pin a number of colleagues so their icons stay at the top

- How many team members would you ideally like to pin at the top?
- Would you prefer the pinned icons to be visible only to you or to the entire team?
- Is there a specific order or criteria you would like for the pinned icons, such as alphabetical or by role?
