Show Work Item Estimated Time and Actual Time spent on Work Manager and Advance Search
H
Harsh Seksaria
As a Team Leader, when I view work items on the Work Manager grid, it is essential to have a comprehensive overview of each work item. This includes key details such as the record count, estimated time, and actual time spent up to the present moment. Currently, to access this information, I must open each individual case, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
Having this information readily available on the Work Manager grid would greatly enhance my ability to quickly assess and prioritize work items based on a combination of due dates and the effort required. This streamlined view would allow for more effective management of tasks and better allocation of resources.
Furthermore, it is crucial that this data can be easily downloaded at any time of the day via Advanced Search. This would allow me to present the information during client calls, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on the status of work items.

Resolved On Date in Advance Search Filter

Need Resolved On Date in Advance Search Filter to see the cases closed by team on a given day. Not having this causes problems especially in scenarios where there is a feedback window for work items and TL wants to understand what their team has worked on on a given date.
