Users mostly always need to select all options to copy while creating a work item. Currently we need to select each option individually. If there were an option such as "Select all", it would reduce no. of click and select all options at once instead of having to click each of them individually. Also, if you want to unselect an option, just click on that one. The rest of the choices will stay selected, just as they were before.
