Thank you for taking the time to share this suggestion — it’s really helpful. To make sure we understand the use case properly, could you clarify a few points for us?
Where are you looking to close/complete multiple Ticket work items today (e.g. from Work Manager, within a Ticket, or elsewhere)? When you say “complete”, do you mean simply marking each selected work item as closed, or applying a specific completion outcome/status (and would that be the same across all selected items)? And finally, is the main driver here to speed up repetitive closures, apply a common resolution to many items, or something different?

We are looking to complete multiple tickets directly from the Work Manager Email grid view. Our primary requirement is to mark these tickets as complete, but having an additional reject option would be an added benefit for efficiently closing non-actionable work items. The main intention behind this request is to expedite repetitive closure actions and improve overall workflow efficiency.
