Enate Emails - Adding a forgotten attachment reminder

Just like Outlook and other email systems (like Gmail) currently have this feature enabled, can Enate look for words such as "enclosed" or "attached"?
Then, if there is no attachment, Enate shows a warning to let the user know that the attachment is missing.

Great to hear your perspective, Lionel D.! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide examples of the specific phrases or words that, when included in an email, should trigger the 'forgotten attachment' reminder?
- Should the reminder be triggered for all types of attachments (e.g., images, documents, etc.) or only specific types?
- Would you like this feature to be optional or enabled for all users by default?

Claudine Richardson 1. Look for words such as "enclosed" or "attached" and if there are no attachments you get the warning.
- Yes, all types of files.
- All users by default. They should have the option to confirm whether the attachment is necessary or not.

Thank you for posting, Harsh Seksaria! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more examples of phrases that should trigger the missing attachment alert?
- Should the alert be triggered only when sending emails or also when drafting them?
- What should be the user's options when the alert for missing attachment pops up?

Hi Claudine Richardson:
Here you go:
- PFA, attaching the, attached here is, have attached, and could be more.
- While clicking on "Send" or "Send and Resolve".
- Acknowledge the alert and then file attach section automatically opens up.
