Linking organization email address directory with Enate contacts

Currently, Enate accepts any inputted email address without validation, and there is no indication to the agent about incorrect or invalid email addresses, unless there’s a bounce-back, the team may not realize this mistakes. To address this, we would like to check the feasibility of linking organization contact directory with Enate contact section. This would allow agents drafting emails to view valid email addresses, the status of contacts, and use auto-fill functionality more effectively, preventing the creation of incorrect contacts.
Additionally, want to check on the possibility of moving the current non-organizational email address validation pop-up message from the bottom of the email editor to either the top or just below the subject line so it's more noticeable.

Hi Suraj Udupi,
Thank you for taking the time to share this — it’s really helpful. We understand the impact of incorrect/invalid email addresses only being spotted after a bounce-back, and the value in being able to reference a validated organisation contact directory (with contact status and auto-fill) when drafting emails.
We’ll review the feasibility of linking your organisation’s directory with the Enate contacts area, as well as your suggestion to move the non-organisational email validation pop-up to a more prominent position (e.g. at the top of the editor or just below the subject line). We’ll look into this internally and follow up if we need any further details.
Thanks again for flagging it.
