Linked Work Item - Challenges to be sorted

As a user, I(T1) have initiated conversation with 3 teams(lets say T2, T3 & T4) on Enate, so I now have 3 tickets created and all 3 tickets are linked to T1 and I can send emails to all fo them at once.
Now T2 wants to reply all - they can't because for them T3 & T4 are not linked ticket, they have to remove T3 & T4 and only reply back to T1 or if they have access they need to link T3 & T4 and then reply all.
In our case, we dont have access to T3 & T4 but our communication need to be seen by T3 & T4 too
So our ask is, if T1 initiates a Internal communication with T2, T3 & T4 - all the tickets have to be inter linked meaning
T1 - linked with T2, T3 & T4
T2 - linked with T3, T4 & T1
T3 - linked with T2, T4 & T1
T4 - linked with T1, T2 & T3 automatically without any further need of linking
Users always compare things on how the flow works on Outlook, so this would easy the communication
