The advanced search tool "Views" doesn't provide a lot of options to search a ticket. We would like in conditions the option "Contains" in the title field to be added because we can't remember all the exact titles for each ticket or how they start. Without this option, it makes it impossible to search for a ticket.

Enate is committed to improving its search capabilities in order to facilitate the quick and easy location of information at the right time. This includes not only the ability to find information quickly, but also the ability to find related items when working on work items, identifying running work items for a contact you are working with, and the ability to search for specific work items based on keywords related to the item.
In addition, Enate recognizes the need to provide a highly effective search function that can assist users in locating specific work items, even when dealing with complex and nuanced search criteria. For example, users may need to find a specific piece of the work item in response to a client escalation, and may only have a few keywords related to the item. Enate's enhanced search functionality will make it easier to find such work items and help users to manage their workloads more efficiently.
Moreover, Enate recognizes that users may need to search for information based on a variety of different criteria, ranging from specific reference numbers such as matter numbers or Amazon order numbers to more general search terms related to a specific company or configuration object. With this in mind, Enate is working hard to develop a search function that is both flexible and powerful, making it easy for users to find the information they need quickly and efficiently, without having to worry about precise spelling or complicated search criteria.

Searchable Custom Fields (Quickfind code): Customer Specific Restriction

To prevent users seeing quick find options relating to custom fields that are not part of their set up.
This will also save builders having to put naming conventions in front of standard/common fields across the business areas which have been setup as separate customers

Quick Find Search Bar

The quick search tool in Enate doesn't allow the searching of fully numeric matter numbers e.g. 128180.00001 as it recognises this as a number and thus only correctly searches with 2 d.p.
Furthermore the quick find tool currently has a limit on the number of search results it can return.
This is a fundamental problem because the majority of our matter numbers are fully numeric and we need to be able to search across Enate to look for duplicate/linked requests. Furthermore when searching for tickets relating to common client numbers where we may need to go back months/years to understand a situation to be able to answer a few earners query. We need quick find because the Views advanced find does not search across ticket subject and body for key words

As a user, during process delivery, I need to quickly find the communication and use the key words in the title of the packet so that I can easily locate the email communication. It will be useful for this to be a 'google-style' search

Quick find should searc first into my queue and team inbox items rathen then searching in full system

If I search invoice1. pdf in quick find then it should search this into my team's inbox and queue first. If I am not happy with the results then I should be able to search the remaining items by clicking a button to expand my criteria to other items in the system.
