Enate should create different case Id instead of appended in same case when vendor sent different mail with different subject line

A user/vendor has sent two different mail with two different subject line at two different time, the Enate has created a case for the first mail and after that it has appended in the same case instead of creating another case for the another mail thus the new attached invoice or mail is not getting addressed properly.
