Email template choose option when creating a linked ticket among teams.

We will have a lot of internal communications between teams. For example, Team A will be sending data order requests to the Team B team via a ticket.
We have built and will be building more templates to facilitate teams sending communications through tickets. Currently, on Enate, when one team emails another, a popup appears to create a ticket and select categories, but the email body cannot include a template. This means they need to type it in or copy and paste from an external document or notes.
I request that the template functionality be enabled to make it more efficient for them to send requests. This is the primary purpose of us building templates.
