Email pop up window - no Send and Resolve option

The behaviour where pop out mode only allows user to send email, we would like to check if

Send and Resolve option could be added as well.

When we open the email in pop up window, then we only see Send button .

We request you to kindly add Send and resolve button also and if there is any technical challenges then let us know.
