Email notification for outgoing emails

As a end user, we need to have option to ensure that when someone from the team sends an email to a client, other team members should receive a notification. This would be helpful for senior stack holders to have visibility and track the communication being shared with clients.

Hiya Sarvesh babu, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:

Who should receive the email notifications? Only team members involved in the project, or all team members?
Should the notification include the full content of the email or just a summary?
How frequently should these notifications be sent? Immediately after the email is sent, or in a daily digest format?

Hi Claudine Richardson,

All team members who are part of queue should receive notifications
Users should get summary of the email, this helps to track and check those work items.
We would prefer sending notifications immediately
