Email attachment order to be changed

Currently, the email attachments (both incoming and outgoing) on the ticket are displayed in ascending order. Some of the files uploaded by clients via email are named randomly and lack version control. As a result, the team has to spend additional time scrolling through the attachment list to identify the latest file, which is then shared with the third party for execution.
To streamline this process and improve efficiency, we request that the attachments be sorted in descending order based on the upload date — with the most recent files displayed at the top.
This change will help the team quickly access the latest versions and reduce the risk of sending outdated documents.

Hi Claudine Richardson, Please find the below information for your questions.
- Are there any specific file types or formats that should be prioritized in the sorting order?
No, just based on the upload date (with the latest one at the top)
- Would you like the option to toggle between ascending and descending order, or should it always be descending?
if it is possible, yes please add some toggle between ascending and descending
- Is there a need to apply this sorting change to other areas of the platform, or just within the email attachments?
No, Just apply to the function to the email attachment.
