The "Start Action" button should be renamed to something else to indicate it launches adhoc action. Currently, users are getting confused when they open an action assigned to them - they usually think they have to click on this to start action to work on it, which results in multiple adhoc actions being launched.

- Can you suggest a more intuitive name for the 'Start Action' button?
- Can you provide more details about the user confusion caused by the current 'Start Action' button?
- Are there any other areas in the application where you think the terminology could be improved for better user understanding?

Hi Claudine Richardson,
- Something like "Launch Adhoc Action" because its about actually doing that. Or maybe just "Adhoc Action"
- The label on the button - "Start Action" makes them think they have to click it to start working on the current action, and then switch to other app to do actual work, which results in multiple actions being launched.
- This "Start Action" specifically applies to Case and Action screen.
