Design Refresh Alpha: Display Context When Viewing Related Sub Cases

As a user, I would like the context to be displayed when viewing related sub cases. When multiple sub cases are generated from the same process, the current information is not sufficient to tell them apart. Showing the service details would make it much easier to identify and differentiate similar sub cases.

As a user, the information is not sufficient when we have 2 sub cases which are triggered using same process are on the case.
Instead, the details of adding the service at the sub case tab helps to identify the process easily when they are identical.

- Can you provide an example of a situation where the current information was not sufficient and how the additional service details would have helped?
- Are there specific details about the service that you would find most useful to have in the sub case tab?
- How frequently do you encounter situations where two sub cases are triggered using the same process?

- similar process from 2 different services are run as sub case, we will not be able to identify which process belongs to which service
- Service details should be enough
- Quite frequently as we have several such process which triggers on a monthly basis
