Process Groups (marked in the below screenshot)
Peer review related data (i.e. name of the user who performed the Peer Review and related details)

- What specific information are you looking for in 'Ticket categories & subcategories'?
- Are there any specific formats or order in which you would like to see these details in the report?

Please add "Resolution Method" also in the std. report so we can have data about the cancel case as well.
