As a team supervisor I would like to override a ticket´s SLA. We should be able to grant permissions to overrride depending on the final users Role, In this way, the supervisor will be able to control which tickets SLA can be extended or not.

Greetings, all. I have an essential update to share about the release scheduled for 2023.3. We have relocated the override due date setting from the process level to the role level permission. Consequently, the system administrator can now grant override permission to particular users. These users can then override the due date for all work items they have access to. Please note that there is no permission on the process level anymore.

Hi Kamal Saran - the ask is about packet unassign access which is a default functionality (screenshot below). Business wants to restrict this access to avoid moving packet back to unassigned queue.
