- What specific ERP systems are you using that would need to integrate with our platform for bulk ticket resolutions?
- How frequently do these contract triggers occur, and what volume of tickets do you anticipate needing to resolve in bulk?
- Are there any specific conditions or criteria that should be met before a bulk ticket resolution is triggered?

What specific ERP systems are you using that would need to integrate with our platform for bulk ticket resolutions? - sorry for the confusion, we do not need integration with ERP systems, we need the options of bulk ticket resoultion in Enate tickets.
How frequently do these contract triggers occur, and what volume of tickets do you anticipate needing to resolve in bulk? - Daily, On daily basis, the volume would be less than 10, but some days we can expect more than 150+ tickets in a day.
Are there any specific conditions or criteria that should be met before a bulk ticket resolution is triggered? - It is linked with contract expiration. before the contract expiration of each employee, the system will trigger a email to us saying the contract is going to expire. That email will create a ticket in enate and we are manually closing the tickets on daily basis.
