Automatic Email Reminders & ability to auto clos work item if not response received after reminders.

If emails are sent out by the service agent requesting for additional information/clarifications to the requestor and if a response is not received for the same, an option to send out any number of reminders automatically is required.
On not receiving any response, the ticket should close automatically after a certain number of days.
reminders data should be exported to WH so we can build a report on reminder volume in WM.

As a Team Leader, I should be able to see how many times reminders have been sent to the requestor with the packet details, and timestamp of each reminder.

Once an action is put on wait. We should have a number of days selection option. So, after those specific days passed away and no further information is received. Enate should send a reminder mail automatically whose template we could set.
