When we are getting approvals from people via emails, Enate should be able to process the approver's reply and recognize if they approved or rejected the request and move forward accordingly.

Most of our implementations are in F&A space (concentrated on RTR and AP – Invoice Processing). In both these scenarios before posting the journal (RTR) or Invoice (AP) it has to be approved by the appropriate authority on the client side. Typically this is a function of company code / region and amount but can extend beyond it as well. This is currently missing in the product and we are having great difficulty in implementing it.
