Able to have more than 500 categories in a workline

Thank you for taking the time to post this — it’s really helpful feedback. We understand how limiting the current 500 tickets/categories cap can be for larger inboxes, and we’ll review this internally with the team.
If you’re able to share a bit more detail on your use case (e.g., roughly how many categories you need in a single workline, and what’s driving that volume), that would really help us assess the best way forward.

Claudine Richardson as it is one of our teams requires over 600 and they will likely want even more at a later date. We also had another team which required over 500 but not many over and we managed to combine a few to fit the limit.
Their response on why its needed is "Yes it is simply so that we can effectively capture all our different workstreams which need to be reported on per Practice Group and per Location. Currently we group a lot as Misc and I have been asked to remove this so more accurate reporting can be produced."
