As an end user, I would like to add tags to emails at an individual email level either from packet level or on Inbox level. These tags should be customizable to the requirement per client and this has to be controlled by Team Lead. These tags later should be made available for search in Inbox or sent items - which will help us to identify the emails under such category. This can also be used as an sub-folder which is available on Inbox. Saved search based on tags can be additional help if that can be delivered
