Ability to rename files without having to download, rename and then update.
Should be able to do this directly within the application, it should be a case of right-click on the file and rename. The file should not duplicate but the renaming file should be audited.
The file can remain named the same in the background but there should be the new file name visible in enate and if downloaded (manually or via API) it should have the updated name
Consider how this impacts files on emails but we do not want duplicates due to the renaming
