Hi Karthik - can I add to this please - we would need to have the ability to delete individual emails via the front end, ability to select 1 or more emails and delete from any packet types. Expectation would be that the deletion on an email would also delete any files attached to the email. Audit of any deletions should be available (User who deleted, Date and Time of deletion per file)
