Feature Suggestion

Please improve Quickfind so that it shows results that are more relevant to me. Currently, it returns a large number of items, many of which belong to customers or areas I don’t work with.

Please add an AI‑powered assistant to the email editor that allows users to do things like generate and summarise text, change the tone, etc. This would significantly enhance productivity, improve writing clarity, and support users in creating high‑quality, well‑structured communications.

Please add Search and Replace functionality to the email editor. This would allow users to quickly find specific text and replace it across the email body, improving efficiency when correcting repeated terms, updating information, or ensuring consistent wording.

Please add a Quick Access Toolbar in the email editor that provides one‑click access to key formatting tools—such as format painter, font selection, text size, etc. Having these options readily available would make formatting emails faster, easier, and more efficient.

Please add advanced image editing options, like the ability to crop, flip, rotate, and adjust brightness and colour levels. These features would give users greater control when editing images directly within the platform and improve the overall editing experience.

Please update the bar chart to display the counts of overdue, due today, on target, and not set items as separate bars, rather than stacking them in a single bar. When these values are layered on top of each other, it becomes difficult to see and compare each category clearly. Showing each count independently will make the chart easier to read and interpret.

The current “Submit” button should be renamed to “Save” to better reflect its actual function, which is to save progress on a packet rather than formally submit or finalize it. Renaming the button will reduce confusion and make the action more intuitive for users.

Please group time‑tracking entries by user, but have the ability to view individual entries. Showing the total time each user has spent on the work item would make the card much easier to read and help quickly identify who contributed. Previously, the card could be long and difficult to scan. Grouping by user significantly improves clarity and usability.

Please enable the Ticket Description to be editable even after a ticket has been submitted. This would give users more flexibility to correct or refine descriptions, improving clarity and accuracy throughout the ticket lifecycle.

As a user composing emails, I would like a Format Painter feature so I can quickly copy formatting (such as font style, size, color, and spacing) from one section of text and apply it to another. This would make it much easier to maintain consistent formatting throughout an email, improve readability, and save time compared to manually adjusting each element.
