Enate should create different case Id instead of appended in same case when vendor sent different mail with different subject line
A user/vendor has sent two different mail with two different subject line at two different time, the Enate has created a case for the first mail and after that it has appended in the same case instead of creating another case for the another mail thus the new attached invoice or mail is not getting addressed properly.

Request for Search functionality based on form field ( Vendor Code)
We currently have an extensive index of information that contain numerous fields and we want a search option specifically for the "Vendor Code" field. The requirement is user should be able to input a vendor code into a search form field and the system able to retrieve and display relevant information.

Way to unattach emails from a work item if the email has been attached incorrectly
Sometimes, emails get incorrectly attached to a work item by system, when they should have created their own new work item. At the moment, there is no easy way for service agents to deal with this situation.
