As a user, when I would like to draft an email and send in a language other than English
I would need to go draft my email outside and then come back to Enate to paste the content and this causing multitask for us and also some times these are causing spacing and wrong email communications to client

- Can you specify which languages you frequently use for drafting emails?
- Are there specific features or tools in other platforms that you find helpful for drafting emails in other languages?
- Could you provide more details about the issues you face with spacing and email communication when you draft outside of Enate?

Claudine Richardson We would need all the languages to which we allow users to use from User info tab
They use that for a specific reason(not able to understand English) - so we can't expect them to draft emails in English instead it has to be the specific language they are on
We have similar functionality in Outlook
We have several tickets reported to support that copy paste from external source into Enate is not always accurate(mismatch of tables/fonts/additional spaces/signatures in between mail body)

- Can you specify the languages you would like the email translation feature to support?
- Would you like the translation to be automatic or should it be triggered manually?
- Do you require the original text to be preserved alongside the translation?

Here you go:
- From any language to the user's language set in their profile.
- Either works.
- I think yes, we need to preserve original mail for audit trail purposes and backup in case translation fails.
