As a user I would like to keep informed by the support team of any messages that are shared from my company such as new processes, useful tips, known system issues etc… and have the option to mark as "Show again" so I can look at this another time or watch a demo, so that I am aware of any important company messages related to Enate directly.

Agent notification functionality - for example when the system needs to be taken down for a bug fix patch being applied, we could simply add some text and it sends an email to all users to inform them to log out or other actions
Would make things a lot easier when you need to communicate to multiple offices/companies at the same time... also reduces risk of joiners/leavers not being included/removed from the Outlook notification group.

Whilst Enate support are undertaking upgrades or other maintenance that requires downtime or users to be logged out it would be great if we had a simple method of putting a message on the login screen to inform users... or even to inform of future upgrade times so that they know to not login or to expect interuption.
This could be done as a free form text field within Enate Manager that we populate when needed and can manager and then it displays on the login page for every user.
